2. Definitions
2.1. Casa Tbilisi – “Brand Name”

3. Registration and Use of Account

4.4. Casa Tbilisi reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in case of suspected fraud, incorrect data, or unauthorized transaction.
4.5. Ownership of the purchased product transfers to the user upon full payment.
5. Payment
5.1. Payments are processed exclusively through non-cash methods.
5.2. Payment processing is carried out via the relevant bank or payment service provider.
5.3. Casa Tbilisi does not store or have access to the user’s bank card or payment details.
5.4. Upon successful payment, the user will receive confirmation of the order.
6. Delivery
6.1. Delivery of products is carried out by a third-party courier service.
6.2. The risk of loss or damage to the product transfers to the courier service upon handover of the product.
6.3. The user consents to the transfer of necessary personal data to the courier service for delivery purposes.
6.4. Delivery timeframes depend on the delivery location and may vary due to objective circumstances.
7. Limitation of Liability
7.1. Casa Tbilisi does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the website.
7.2. Casa Tbilisi shall not be liable for:

11.2. The parties shall attempt to resolve any dispute through good-faith negotiations.
11.3. If no agreement is reached, the dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Tbilisi City Court.
12. Amendments
12.1. Casa Tbilisi reserves the right to amend these Terms unilaterally at any time.
12.2. Continued use of the website following such amendments shall constitute acceptance of the updated Terms.
